Payments. When you subscribe, we collect what's needed to complete your order, like your email and payment confirmation. Card payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy; local payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are arranged with us directly over WhatsApp.
Extension usage. When you generate a prompt, we send the image to our AI service to create your result. We also look at overall trends — like popular features, websites, and times of use — to keep improving the product for you.
Contact form. If you reach out to us, we collect your name, email, and message so we can reply.
Technical data. Basic details like your approximate country help us show the right currency and keep things running smoothly.
We use this information to activate your plan, reply to your messages, and make PromptMaster Pro better for everyone.
We keep your information only as long as it's useful, then remove it.
We work with a few trusted partners — like Lemon Squeezy for payments, and cloud/AI providers — who help us run the service smoothly.
