By installing or using PromptMaster Pro (the "Extension") or visiting promptmasterpro.net (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PromptMaster Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

PromptMaster Pro is a Chrome/Edge browser extension that generates AI image prompts from web images. We offer both free and paid plans with different usage limits and features.

3. Account & Subscription

• Free plan: 10 prompts per day, no registration required
• Paid plans require a valid email address for activation
• Subscriptions are activated manually within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation
• Plans are non-transferable and tied to your registered email and device

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (mobile banking)
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated
• If activation fails due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund or plan activation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to generate prompts for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our extension
• Share your subscription credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse our rate limits
• Misrepresent your identity when creating an account

6. Intellectual Property

The extension, website, and all associated content are owned by PromptMaster Pro. You retain ownership of the AI prompts you generate using our service. We do not claim any rights over your generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated prompts will meet your specific needs. AI-generated prompts may vary in quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMaster Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your subscription will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
